D&S Wellness Spa

Amanda Forrester July 14, 2026

From Personal Healing to Community Care

Owner: Diana De Paz-Ceus

Website: https://www.dandswellnessspa.com/

D&S Wellness Spa began as a deeply personal mission for founder Diana De Paz-Ceus. After moving to Williamsburg, Diana contracted E. coli while traveling and spent long, exhausting hours waiting for IV therapy in the emergency room. She recalled a similar experience during pregnancy when she required IV support for hyperemesis and often wondered why no dedicated wellness space offering this level of care existed in her community. With experience working in a plastic surgery office and hands-on familiarity with cosmetic procedures, she saw an opportunity to create a space that combined medical expertise with compassionate care.

In October 2022, Diana opened D&S Wellness Spa, initially focusing solely on IV therapy. Client demand quickly expanded her offerings. Today, the spa provides IV therapy for immune support, chronic illness recovery, long COVID, migraines, prenatal care, and athletic performance. Cosmetic and wellness treatments include body sculpting, microneedling, facial tightening, medical weight loss, massage, and red-light therapy. Roughly half of her clients visit for medical challenges, while the other half seek cosmetic improvements or wellness support they struggled to find elsewhere.

As Diana planned for growth, she recognized the need for guidance in building a strong business structure. A referral from her VA agent introduced her to the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where advisor Donna Norman became a key partner. “I had no idea help like this even existed,” Diana said. “Donna treated my business as if it were her own. She explained everything clearly, followed up, checked in, and truly cared about my success.”

Donna helped Diana develop a full business model, navigate licensing and compliance, organize financial tracking, and create accurate projections. She also connected Diana with Sarah for QuickBooks setup and ongoing financial support.

As the spa grew, Diana reinvested profits to add new services and equipment, building a more complete wellness environment for her clients. She now partners with a marketing company to expand community awareness, emphasizing medical weight loss as a gateway service that introduces clients to the full range of treatments. With nearly all equipment and services in place, Diana is preparing for the next chapter of growth.

“We care about our clients and treat them the way we would want to be treated,” Diana said. “That is what makes D&S Wellness Spa different.”

Clients as young as fifteen and as old as eighty-five trust D&S Wellness Spa for both wellness support and aesthetic care. As the business continues to grow, Diana remains committed to creating a welcoming, restorative environment where every person receives thoughtful, personalized care guided by expertise and compassion.
