Transforming the way we think, live, and lead.

This April 16-20, join us for a Festival dedicated to innovating communities and shaping a shared future. Our 2025 theme, EVOLVE, explores how we — as individuals, communities, organizations, and societies — adapt to change and grow into something new. Harnessing hope, creativity, and determination, we turn challenging circumstances into strength and resilience. This April, co-create a celebration of music, art, and ideas, and become part of a community of change-makers who aren’t just reacting to the past but who are dreaming the future.

During the Tom Tom Festival, our EVOLVE Conference connects engaged citizens and civc leaders around big ideas that educate and inspire. A multi-format program of talks, workshops, demos, competitions and keynotes brings diverse thinkers and doers together for 4 days of transformation.
