We will discuss how to display your relevant past performance which match or exceeds government requirements. You will also learn how your past performances are rated by the buyers.

Speaker: Dr. Sonny Hatcher. Dr. Hatcher has over 29 years of acquisition experience in both pre-award and post-award functions within the Department of Defense (Army Contracting Command (ACC), Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). He joined the team in November 2024 after retiring as the Small Business Outreach and Subcontracting Program Manager for HQ, Army Contracting Command (ACC). Dr. Hatcher holds a doctoral degree in counseling, a MA in Procurement and Acquisitions Management, a MS in Criminal Justice, and a BS in Business Management. He is DAWIA Level III certified, has received the Small Business Professional Credential, and stands on the principle that small business is big business, which makes it his business to keep others informed.
