If your company sells or makes products rather than services, understanding how to use the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)’s  Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) is fundamental to selling products to the Department of War. DLA procures 85% of the products used by the U.S. military with over 8,000 solicitations issued daily on DLA DIBBS.  Vendors will learn how to find open solicitations and how to submit a quote.

This course is designed for dealers, distributors, and manufacturers. DIBBS is not a solicitation tool for a company that provides services. If you sell nuts and bolts to build a robot (not the software to run the machine or delivery services to move it), this training is for you.
