First responder services provided to a patient, resident, or other person known or suspected to be infected with the COVID-19 virus;Â
Medical transport services (loading, transporting, unloading, etc.) provided to patients known or suspected to be infected with the COVID-19 virus (e.g., ground or air emergency transport, staff, operators, drivers, pilots, etc.); andÂ
