The ICAP program and our team are focused on assisting companies in developing a successful business model and go-to-market strategy by following the Lean Startup methodology. The process begins with an ICAP course introductory call which is scheduled for June 26 at 6pm, and discusses Lean Startup, program expectations, and then immediately following, you will begin working on defining your target customer segment.
