Thank you for all the support ICAP has provided us thus far. Liz and your other ICAP
counselors' inputs have gone a long way in helping us think through our commercialization
and go-to-market strategy. We have additionally gained valuable insights about how best to
position our company to investors. These insights have helped us in our application for
VIPC's CCF grant. Your support and guidance thus far, positioned us well to submit a
formidable application, which was recently funded. We are excited to do the work outlined on our grant and appreciate ICAP's continued support and resources.

I cannot tell you how amazing the ICAP program was. I was actually working a full-time job, getting the company going, and with the family; during the ICAP course I was not able to give 100%. However, I have integrated the learnings from the course into our marketing, customer, and development plan. We are beginning to conduct more interviews and in fact I am happy to add more to the folder.
I am in constant communication with Philippe Sommer who has been instrumental and a great guide.

ICAP helps our team a lot, and that's why I keep recommending my students who are interested in technology entrepreneurship to sign up for ICAP. We connected with two very experienced and committed mentors, Irfan and Jackie. They are critical yet very friendly, always willing to share their experience with us. We learned a lot from them during the ICAP process. The model helps us to articulate our business idea and positioning, which is critical. We learn to think from the potential customers' perspectives: how we may create a product to address their "pain pointsâ. Because of this thought process and the findings we obtained from interviewing customers, we took a step back from our initial idea of generating personalized VR exergaming content to creating an effective QA testing tool for VR app development, which we found many VR development companies currently get stuck at, and hence there's a strong demand for such a tool. Not only did we discover lots of chances where we could innovate and create a useful tool, we also built up precious connections with the industry people who could be our customers in the future. This experience was truly eye-opening.
